One of the prominent public sector banks of India, the SBI (State Bank of India) faces a downfall in the online transaction due to the start of a new financial year from 1 April 2025. And the bank has officially announced on their X accountย stating that,

โDue to Annual closing activities our digital services will be unavailable to our esteemed customers between 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm on 01.04.2025.โ – SBI

They requested their users to be patient with this technical congestion and inconveniences. And instructed them to use UPI Lite and เคเคเฅเคเคฎ Channels as an alternative method for transactions until the server comes active at the designated time. Though, such situations cannot be excluded in a world that operates digital systems, but often SBI undergoes such slopes technically and disappointed their users in the same year multiple times.
