Shefali Jariwala aged 42 was rushed to the hospital by her husband and three others to the Bellevue Hospital in Mumbai was declared dead on arrival. The actress’ death was previously diagnosed as due to cardiac arrest while further investigation in her apartment was going on.
The postmortem results are also yet to be declared for actual cause of death to be ascertained. Her residence at Andheri is now a controlled environment for the police to check and investigate. The actress was found dead at her residence, where a Forensic unit is swapping samples.
“Mumbai Police received information about this at 1 am. Her body has been sent to Cooper Hospital for postmortem. The cause of death is not yet clear”, a cop reported to ANI. The residence is now under the control of two forensic teams, said the watchman of the building who also recalled his memory of the actress and the incidents of the night of the demise.
“Around 10:30 at night, Shefali ji was taken to the hospital. Just the day before, I saw her and her husband, Parag Tyagi, walking with their dog. It’s heartbreaking”, Shatrugan, the watchman of the building, told NDTV.
Shefali Jariwala’s sudden passing has shook the internet with fellow actors and friends mourning her death. It is also a shock to many that Shefali Jariwala and her Ex- Boyfriend Siddharth Shukla who also passed away due to cardiac arrest. She was open about sharing her health issues to the public as the actress was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was 15. She is survived by her husband Parag Tyagi who was seen heartbroken with her dog in the hospital.
