Rest of 2025 is booked by Anirudh Ravichander – Here’s his upcoming releases

One of the busiest music directors who has been surfing through multiple projects in hand and a handful awaiting release, Anirudh Ravichander also has successful music tours across the world. 

Anirudh Ravichander had only one release in 2025 so far with Ajith Kumar, Trisha starrer ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ directed by Magizh Thirumeni with a number of projects lined up for the second half of the year. 

Anirudh Ravichander’s Upcoming Projects

Kingdom (Telugu) 

Directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, ‘Kingdom’ has already started stirring excitement with promotions and the impressive trailer that showcased Vijay Devarakonda in a much serious role. The song ‘Hridayam Lopala’ also generated good anticipation due to the romantic and unexpected tone in it. Anirudh and Gowtham are collaborating after the successful ‘Jersey’ in 2019. 

Release Date – 4 July 2025 

Coolie (Tamil)

Super Star Rajinikanth led ‘Coolie’ with director Lokesh Kanagaraj who is collaborating with Anirudh for the fourth time. A multi star project the movie is already trending with each update released by the makers with fans only awaiting the grand release and the trailer cut to drop. Anirudh Ravichander has also given some hit music for Rajinikanth till his last release in 2024 for ‘Vettaiyan’. 

Release Date – 14 August 2025

Madharasi (Tamil)

A certified hit combo, Sivakarthikeyan and Anirudh Ravichander have already given incredible albums like ‘Ethir Neechal’, ‘Maan Karathe’ among others. ‘Madharasi’ unites Sivakarthikeyan and Director AR Murugadoss for the first time in a social subject that also has Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyuth Jamwal, Vikranth and Biju Menon in important roles. 

Release Date – 5 September 2025

Love Insurance Kompany (Tamil)

Breakthrough actors Pradeep Ranganathan, Krithi Shetty and Gouri G. Kishan are starring in a futuristic time travel style movie titled ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ helmed by Vignesh Sivan. And who better to make some really trendy music for the movie than Anirudh Ravichander.

Release Date –  18 September 2025 

2026 Releases 

Anirudh Ravichander also has his set of releases booked for the upcoming year with Vijay and H. Vinoth’s ‘Jana Nayagan’ and Nelson Dilipkumar’s ‘Jailer 2’ also starring Rajinikanth. He is also composing for the Telugu release ‘The Paradise’ that stars Nani and helmed by Srikanth Odela.
