Noida Traffic Advisory for Kanwar Yatra 2025: Routes, Restrictions & Diversions from July 11

Kanwar Yatra 2025: Noida Police issues traffic advisory, diversions and exemptions to ensure smooth flow and safety for devotees from July 11–25.

Noida Police has issued a comprehensive traffic advisory to ensure the unobstructed and secure passage of Kanwariyas during the Kanwar Yatra 2025, starting from 10 PM on the 11th of July 2025 to the 25th of July 2025, restricting heavy, medium and light commercial goods vehicles coming from Delhi into the NCR towns of Ghaziabad, Hapur, Moradabad and Bulandshahr.

Which routes are restricted for commercial vehicles?

Vehicles coming from more than one entry point namely, Red Light, DND Flyway, Anand Vihar, Ghazipur Border and Kalindi Kunj shall not enter the main carriageways of Noida. These vehicles shall instead re-route via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) to avoid the possibility of accidents and subsequent bottlenecks.

What are the key diversion points?

Red Light- DND Flyway & NH-24: diverted to EPE from Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Yamuna Expressway: vehicles from Bulandshahr, Aligarh and Moradabad must take EPE.

Kalindi Kunj: No access to Noida Expressway; must take EPE.

Total restricted: No goods vehicle from Delhi Red Light to Pahadi Vihar Gate.

Are any vehicles exempt?

Yes. Key services including perishables and government authorized vehicles will be exempt from these limitations.

How is traffic being managed?

A separate lane for the Kanwaryas and the other retained lanes for light vehicles. The authorities launched an interstate WhatsApp coordination group for sharing updates in real time. Highway electronic signage and lighted messaging at major intersections will help travelers.
