Actress Kayadu Lohar has become a recent sensation in South Indian Cinema thanks to her role in Ashwanth Marimuthu’s ‘Dragon’. The actress started her career under the spotlight as a model and slowly got into acting with her debut in the Kannada film ‘Mugilpete’ (2021). She then played a prominent role in director Vinayan’s 2022 Malayalam Periodic Film ‘Pathonpatham Noottandu’ and went on to have opportunities in Telugu and Marathi films.

Idhayam Murali
Kayadu Lohar is cast as the female lead along with Atharvaa Murali in the romantic drama ‘Idhayam Murali’. The movie was announced recently with a light hearted promo video and will have Producer Aakash Baskaran of Dwan Pictures producing and directing the movie.
STR 49
A Massive that dropped on 5 May as Kayadu Lohar will be acting opposite Silambarasan aka STR in his 49th movie. Directed by Ramkumar Balakrishnan and will be bankrolled by Dawn Pictures. The movie also unites Santhanam as a supporting artist after a long time, leaving great expectations for the movie.
Nila Varum Velai
Director of the 2022 Tamil film ‘Enna Solla Pogirai’, director A Hariharan has roped in Kalidas Jayaram and Kayadu Lohar for his sophomore project ‘Nila Varum Velai’. The movie is a periodical supernatural plot that has been on the floor for shooting for a while.

Thaaram
Nivin Pauly, Kayadu Lohar, Nikhila Vimal and others were roped in for the Vinay Govind film ‘Thaaram’. Announced and went for filming in 2022, the movie faced production issues but if the director’s recent exclusive with OTTPlay is true then the movie is yet to be reconciled with all the actors and their schedules.
Telugu
Funky
One of the happening pair expected to be seen in Telugu as Actor Vishwak Sen and Kayadu Lohar are reported to be cast in ‘Funky’. The movie is helmed by Director Anudeep KV and will be produced by Sitara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
The actress is also in talks to star in actor Ravi Teja’s next project that is yet to be confirmed. Kayadu Lohar is the buzzing busy bee of the South Cinema, a talented find who has already driven the popularity train while now on her way to sustain the fame game.
