Dharma Productions Announces Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Naagzilla’

Kartik Aaryan is next up portraying as an Ichadhari Naag in the big screens in the Dharma Productions project. Titled as ‘Naagzilla’, the makers have released a motion poster of Kartik Aaryan surrounded by snakes with the protagonist turning into a snake himself.

Dharma Productions dropped the motion poster of ‘Naagzilla’ with the caption, “Insanon wali picharein toh bahut dekh leen, ab dekho naagon wali pichchar! #Naagzilla – Naag lok ka pehla kaand… Funnn phailaane aa raha hai – Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand”.

Indian audiences are no strangers to the concept as an Ichadhari has been a popular genre in Indian TV. Kartik Aaryan is now playing an Ichadhari Shapeshifter Naag in ‘Naagzilla’ , which is said to be a fantasy comedy movie. 

The movie is helmed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, the director of Fukrey films and bankrolled by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. ‘Naagzilla’ will be written by Gautam Mehra and is set to release on 14 August 2026, ahead of the Independence Day and Nag Panchami. 

Kartik Aaryan’s current projects include Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, another collaboration between Dharma and Kartik Aaryan and also marks his return as a Rom Com hero.
