In the IPL 2025 encounter against Chennai Super Kings yesterday, Rohit Sharma found his way onto a rather unwanted list at the top of the duck charts. Sharma, a batter for the Mumbai Indians was dismissed for a four ball duck, the 18th zero of his IPL career.
With this duck, Sharma now shares the record for the most ducks in IPL history highlighting the unpredictable nature of T20 cricket. Although he is one of the most successful batters in IPL history, this record just may be an unexpected footnote to his career.
