The reception for the regional T20 tournaments are growing rapidly and in 2024 the Kerala Cricket Association launched the first season of Kerala Cricket League. And with the success of this launching season they are stepping into its second edition this year with some retained players all the other teams have taken part in the auction. Today the latest buzz is about the Indian batter and the key IPL star Sanju Samson has been sold in a highest bid of this so far, ₹ 26.8 lakh to the Kochi Blue Tigers.

The tournament will take place from 21 August 2025 to 6 September 2025, the complete schedule of the second season hasn’t been revealed yet. And the broadcast of this season will be carried out on Star Sports, Star Sports 3, Star Sports 1 and FanCode.
