- The Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs and the Bureau of Immigration announced this policy officially on 7 June 2025.
- It came into effect on 8 June 2025.

What is the Process to Apply?
- Initially, you must be an Indian Passport Holder
- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entryÂ
- To ensure the duration of your visit, you must submit the details of your – confirmed return ticket, and hotel/resort bookings
- You must have the proof to ensure your financial support during your visit (eg. your bank statement)
- An individual should be previously blacklisted or deported from the Philippines
- You will be requested to submit all the required documents at the immigration checkpoints
- Most Importantly no visa application is needed beforehand
