The teaser that was out on Monday also revealed that the ghost of a wealthy man is guarding hsi own wealth and the palace even after his death. And the seemingky possessed bungalow is the talk of the town as the makers have now revealed that the set was bulit on over 40,000 sq. ft area and will be ‘unlike Indian cinema has seen before’.
Rajeev Nambiar, the art director of ‘The Raja Saab’ has also said that the 41,256 sq ft area set is not just a backdrop but an ‘immersive, living, breathing space’, something that was revealed at the very beginning of the teaser. Towering pillar and hallways to long corridors, the set is grandeur and shady as the film crew expected it to be.
“Every detail had to serve the emotion, not just the aesthetics. We didn’t want the set to look haunted – we wanted it to feel haunted,” Rajeev Nambiar said and shared that “The intention was to build something that starts pulling you in the moment you enter—whether you’re a viewer or someone walking through it.”
The makers have also revealed that the set including “Every stone, prop, and shade within the Haveli has been custom-built to elevate the horror. Even the floor has been designed to add an eerie texture to the visuals. This isn’t just set design—it’s storytelling through space”, reports Hindustan Times.
