Team India is set to play Five T20I games after 3 ODI against England in their upcoming series at the end of June 2025. The team now has got a main replacement as the team’s rookie Shuchi Upadhyay is being replaced by the seasoned spinner Radha Yadav.
Shuchi Upadhyay was roped in to the Indian team last month for the Tri-series in the ODI format is now ruled out of the England series due to a sustaining left shin injury. The BCCI has revealed on Thursday about the replacement in their X post, “The Women’s Selection Committee has named Radha Yadav as a replacement for Shuchi Upadhyay in Team India’s squads for the England tour. Shuchi was ruled out of the tour after sustaining a left shin injury, which was diagnosed during the pre-tour camp at the BCCI Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bengaluru”.
