Tamil Television audiences have been waiting for the new season of Zee Tamizh’s Saregamapa Senior right after enjoying a sensational Saregamapa Junior season. The Channel has dropped an announcement that the awaited Saregamapa Senior Season 5 will be launching soon.
The launch promo announced that the 5 season will be telecasted from 24 May 2025. The promo shows a girl who is from an orphanage gets a stage to finally showcase her talent and attain her dream to become a singer, a close alignment to what Saregamapa has been doing in all the previous seasons.
Zee Tamizh’s reality talent show has garnered an immense fan following for the way it helps people of underprivileged regions and shining light at their talent. Many celebrities visiting the show have also rendered their help and support to the singers.
Saregamapa Senior seasons began telecasting in 2018 with all four seasons hosted by Archana, who has also balanced Saregamapa Lil Champs, for juniors. Recurring judges like singers Srinivasan, Jayaprakash and Karthik are still involved in the show while singers Shwetha Mohan, Saindhavi and SPB Charan were seen in the recent seasons.
Saregamapa Senior Season 5 will take the usual time slot of 7PM on Saturdays and Sundays, which contributes to a major piece of the chanel’s TRP rating.
