Shakti Dubey, is the recent sensation in India and you may find it clueless about the reason behind this. At the age of 29, Shakti cleared all the three stages of UPSC that is Preliminary, Mains and Interview & turned her fifth attempt into a triumphant headline across the nation. In her first three attempts she couldn’t surpass the preliminary stage and at the fourth attempt she cleared the preliminary & mains but couldn’t make it in the interview.
