Shiv Nadar’s daughter Roshni Nadar Malhotra has secured her position as India’s third-richest person after a significant succession maneuver in the HCL Group. She was given 47% of her father’s holding in HCL Corporation and Vama Sundari Investments in 2024 and she became the majority owner that leads to one of India’s richest people.
