Delhi parents can now use online grievance channels to report and track complaints against private schools, including disputed fee hikes, admission problems and issues involving required free books and uniforms. The Directorate of Education provides different complaint routes depending on the nature of the school-related issue.

The Delhi government has directed schools and Special Training Centres to hold monthly counselling sessions for parents of out-of-school children during the 2026–27 academic session. The initiative aims to improve attendance, reduce dropouts and strengthen family support for children's education.
