India’s first dedicated Quantum-AI university is taking shape in Amaravati with a ₹730.7-crore investment. The NIELIT campus will combine quantum computing, AI, semiconductors, VLSI, cybersecurity and high-performance computing, with initial programmes planned from September 2026.
